To celebrate their 22nd wedding anniversary, Patricia Morrisroe and her husband traveled to England. While driving through the idyllic English countryside, Ms. Morrisroe found herself in unwanted competition with an electronic device. She wrote about that fraught but funny journey in her 2012 essay, “Another Voice Had Come Between Us.”
The actress Catherine O’Hara reads Ms. Morrisroe’s essay. Ms. O’Hara currently stars in the Canadian T.V. show, “Schitt’s Creek.”
